Dance
Dance has been a part of me for as long as I can remember, a safe place that has ignited both my creativity and ambition. It continues to nourish my imagination and has instilled in me resilience, empathy, and dedication. I am deeply grateful for the remarkable teachers, opportunities, and experiences that have shaped me into the person I am today.
Without further ado, enjoy!

Graduation is not just an achievement. It is a turning point. From adolescence through college, there has always been a plan to follow, peers walking the same path, and someone a grade ahead to look up to. Graduation marks the moment when we begin carving our own, separate paths. The structure falls away, and the next chapter is shaped solely by our choices. That thought was once terrifying to me, but over time, I have found freedom in it.

Through this piece, I wanted to capture that journey—from uncertainty and fear to self-acceptance and independence. I wanted celebrate my cast as both artists and individuals, creating movement that feels meaningful, grounded, and joyful in the body.

Though the road ahead may be unknown and unplanned, one thing remains true: you are never walking alone.

Dance Team
As a member, and later Captain, of the Wake Forest Dance Team, I gained more than performance experience. I learned to adapt and excel under high stakes, from performing at every home football and basketball game in front of thousands to leading my team at national championships. Being Captain was both challenging and deeply rewarding. From late nights to 5 a.m. practices, I poured myself into every aspect of the program. I took the lead in cleaning our Nationals ’25 routine, helping secure a 2nd-place national finish. Below is a highlight reel from the field, the court, and the competition stage.

Summer 2023
Over a six-week program, I taught Hip-Hop to dancers ages seven to sixteen across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. I created engaging lesson plans that blended foundational technique with games and visual aids, making classes both educational and fun. Throughout the program, I co-choreographed seven pieces and worked with the dance department to direct two recitals, giving students the chance to shine on stage and celebrate their progress with peers. Take a look at some of our work from this summer!
